**NOTE: Education sessions will be hosted on Friday and Saturday, 8:00am to 3:30pm. There will be a reception after the course on Friday evening from 4:00-6:00 PM.
Align & Shine is a two-day, action-oriented workshop designed to help orthodontic teams elevate performance, strengthen leadership, and accelerate practice growth. This immersive experience blends strategic learning with interactive team exercises - focusing on aligning your people, processes, and patient experience for measurable results.
Day 1: Align Your Team
Kick off with a deep dive into the fundamentals of building a people-centered orthodontic business. Through sessions led by industry experts and business leaders, you’ll explore strategies for:
· Measuring what matters most through key performance metrics
· Developing authentic branding that reflects your unique practice identity
· Strengthening leadership and communication within your team
· Conducting a hands-on SWOT analysis to identify opportunities for growth
Day 2: Shine as One
Day 2 transforms insight into implementation. Split-track sessions allow doctors and team members to focus on their unique roles while staying aligned toward a common goal. Attendees will:
· Learn how to transform the new patient experience from the first call to consultation
· Master case acceptance conversations and conversion strategies
· Explore the latest clinical tools and technology—from iTero™ visualization to virtual monitoring and Invisalign® Doctor Subscription Program programs
· Develop a 90-day action plan to take back to your practice
Interactive workshops, roundtable discussions, and guided planning sessions ensure you leave not just inspired but equipped with practical tools and a concrete roadmap to drive immediate impact.
